Only for 3,50 € you could get the super useful Kliin loyalty card, which will provide you at least 10% discount from our services (Except Laundromat and special products in the pricelist). In addition you will be part of our extra campaigns and you will receive SMS Notifications for the orders once they are completed.
We can issue a loyalty card in any of Kliin’s offices. Just ask the customer service representative for the form.

Riiete paranduse tunni maksumus 18,00€/h. Tööriiete parandamine, riiete laiemaks tegemine, varrukate lühemaks ja pikemaks tegemine ja igasugused pisiparandused hinnastatakse vastavalt töö mahukusele kliendiga kokkuleppel.
The cost of accessories (zippers, buttons, etc.) is added to the cost of clothing repairs.
Terms of service and maintenance symbols
By paying for the service, the customer also confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the service provider, which are located in all sales offices and on our website at www.kliin.ee/tingimused/
The price list for the provision of services applies to products brought to the laundry, the cost of which does not exceed 400 euros. If a product costs more than 400 euros, the customer must inform the customer service representative about this, who will then decide whether the product will be accepted or not. For expensive products, the agreed price applies. If upon receipt of the product it becomes evident that it is heavily soiled or hidden defects or stains appear during cleaning, which were not removed during normal washing, the service provider has the right to add a special processing fee of up to 100% of the normal service price or agree on an additional price. If no agreement is reached, the service provider has the right to refuse further cleaning of the product. If the product cannot be cleaned with special treatment, then the special treatment fee will not be charged from the customer.
Usually the service will be provided within 72 hours, but depending on the season, the service could take up to 30 working days. When the order has been completed, SMS Notification will be sent to the customers contact number. If the customer has not received a SMS in 7 days, the laundromat should be contacted as there could be cases where SMS is not delivered successfully to the customer by situations outside of our control. Completed orders are stored for free up to 30 days from the moment of order completion, after that a storage fee of 1€ per day is added. If the order has not been picked up in 6 months, the products will be destroyed or given to charity. To serve our customers better, the customer service process is being recorded.
